ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry against the respondent 3 to 6 as per the representation made by the petitioner dated 27.12.2023 and 04.01.2025 take necessary action and register First Information Report against respondent 3 to 6 within the time limit prescribed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the property in S.No.57/1B, 57/1C punja land for an extent of 0.12.0 ares and 0.47.0 ares respectively. While so the father of the petitioner along with the private respondents executed sale deed on 12.02.2016 but the father of the petitioner died in the year 2004 itself. Therefore he lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same has not been considered, hence the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that complaint of the petitioner is under enquiry and they will complete the same within a period of 15 days.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in the petition even without issuing notice to the private respondents this Court is inclined to dispose of the petition by recording the submission of the learned Government and by directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2025 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
