ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the second respondent is neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for interrogation or for enquiry.

6. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is disposed of.
