ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a charge sheet in Crime No.234 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner is substantially completed into and the charge sheet would be filed shortly.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the second respondent Police is directed to conclude the investigation and file charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
