ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the protest petition in PP/Kottaram/3/2025 before effect of the registration of the land in survey No.548/7 and 548/5 situated at Kanyakumari Village, Kanyakumari District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, if any document presented for registration in respect of property comprised in survey Nos.548/7 and 548/5 situated at Kanyakumari Village, Kanyakumari District, on the file of the second respondent, the second second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the counter party and conduct enquiry on the request made by the petitioner, after hearing both sides and objection raised by the petitioner, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
