O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR,J.) The present Review Application has been filed by the appellants in W.A(MD)No.536 of 2020 seeking to review the order dated 13.08.2020.

2. The first respondent in the appeal had preferred the writ petition challenging the order, wherein, her request for computing 50% of her services as a Part Time Vocational Instructor for the purpose of reckoning the pension was rejected. The writ petition came to be allowed on 07.02.2019. Challenging the same, the State had preferred the writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.536 of 2020.

3. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court who pleased to dismiss the writ appeal on 13.08.2020 relying upon the previous Division Bench order made in W.A.Nos.882 of 2016 etc., batch dated 06.04.2018.

4. The present Review Application has been filed seeking to review the said order.

5. We have gone through the grounds of review. We find that the State has chosen to re-argue the writ appeal. That apart, the order passed in the writ appeal in W.A.Nos.882 of 2016 etc., batch dated 06.04.2018 has not been put to challenge by the State.

6. In such circumstances, we do not find any merits in the Review Application. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
