ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking for a direction to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.578 of 2020 of Vachakarappatti Police Station, Virudhunagar District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Inspector of Police,Vachakarappatti Police Station, after concluding investigation in Crime No.578 of 2020 laid a final report against the accused for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 353 and 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code and Section 9(B)(1)(b) of Elposives Substances Act, 1884, before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar.
