[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent in S.F.No.203 of Kumaramangalam Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2021, within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the encroachment, as projected by the petitioner, has been removed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has refuted the above submission of the learned Government Advocate.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, if any further encroachment is noticed, the writ petition is closed.
