The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners had filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking orders permitting the Petitioners to surrender before the III Additional Sessions Court, PCR Act Cases, Madurai in connection with Crime No.40 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd Respondent and file an application for the grant of bail on the same day. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the first Petitioner in this case/A2 was already arrested. He would further submit that the injured is still in the hospital. 2/4
