ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 are harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that a complaint was preferred by the second respondent and the same is being enquired as current paper. He further submitted that summon was issued to both parties and petition enquiry was conducted and it was closed. 5. The statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is recorded.

6.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
