To set aside the order dated 24.10.2025 and restore W.P(MD)No.29043 of 2025 on the file of this Honble High Court and restore the writ petition and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.
ORDER
On 24.10.2025, the W.P.(MD)No.29043 of 2025 filed by the petitioner / party-in-person came to be dismissed for non-appearance. The
petitioner has provided documents to show that at that relevant point of time, he was in prison and therefore, not able to attend the Court. After release from the prison, he has filed the petition to set aside the order of dismissal and restore the Writ Petition on file.
2.On perusal of the records, we find that his non-appearance on 24.10.2025 is for the reasons stated above and it is not his fault. Hence, we set aside the order of dismissal and restore the Writ Petition on file. 3.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
4.Registry is directed to list the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.29043 of 2025 for hearing on 02.03.2026.
