Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay 6 percentage interest for the belated payment of terminal benefits of P.F., Gratuity, Commutation and Unavailed Leave Salary, payable to the petitioner from the date of his retirement i.e. 31.03.2020 to till the date of of actual payment made to him i.e. 02.06.2021 and all other attendant benefits to him which the stipulated period and to pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

2.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, if any other grievance exists to the writ petitioner regarding calculation or otherwise, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal of the grievances.
