ANBARASAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 395 I.P.C., in Crime No.340 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition before the respondent police regularly.
