V.M.VELUMANI,J., The Review Application is filed to review the order dated 22.09.2015 passed in W.A.(MD)No.743 OF 2014 and consequently allow the Writ Appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The respondents 1 to 4 were appointed as sweeper/sanitary worker on a consolidated pay for three years with effect from 08.05.1998 and completed three years of service. The respondents 1 to 4 and other sanitary workers, who were appointed temporarily in Town Panchayat and III Grade Municipalities on a consolidated pay, sought for regularisation on completion of three years, as per G.O.Ms.No.199, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 12.08.1997.
