ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,341, 294(b),323,307 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.1602 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
