ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.08.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused, being occupants of the building of the petitioner, refused to vacate the same and a civil suit is pending in O.S.No.367 of 2000 in that regard. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the case has been closed as "civil in nature". It is also submitted that a closure report has already been given to the petitioner.

5.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
