Heard both sides.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have come forward with this application seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi to complete the trial in day to day basis in C.C.No.86 of 2005. He would further submit that the petitioners/A6 & A7 are aged persons and hence, he prayed for early disposal.

3. A perusal of the record shows that already this Court by an order 07.07.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.12561 of 2015 directed the lower Court to dispose of the case within a period of 9 months.

4. In such circumstances, I do not find any merit in this application and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P is closed.
