ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to upload the patta in the Tamil Nadu Government Revenue Online Portal, pertaining to the properties comprised in Survey No.20/4 an extent of 0.18.0 Ares (45 Cents) and in Survey No.35/3 an extent of 0.06.0 Ares (15 Cents), situated at Vadakarai Revenue Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, based on the orders of the second respondent, vide his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 470/2020/Aa1 dated 13.03.2020 and on the basis of the petitioner's latest representation dated 10.12.2025, submitted to the first respondent.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property. Though the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents seeking uploading of the patta in respect of the subject property in the online portal, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the petitioner has been constrained to approach this Court by filing the present writ petition seeking the relief stated supra.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2025, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
