The impugned order of suspension passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.006/2021/A-2 dated 03.12.2021 is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working as a Salesmen in the second respondent Corporation. On 03.12.2021, a charge memo was issued against the petitioner and the same is pending without any progress.

In view of the subsequent development, this Court is inclined to dispose this Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to conclude the departmental proceedings within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In any event, if the departmental proceedings are not concluded within a stipulated period, then the respondents shall revoke the order of suspension and pass necessary orders.
