ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Cr.No.13 of 2025 from the file of the 3rd Respondent and transfer the same to the 4th Respondent, CBCID Wing and file the final report within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'further action dropped' before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, and RCS notice was also served to the defacto complainant in R.C.S.Notice No.384 of 2025.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a protest petition if so advised. If the protest petition is filed, the same shall be disposed of by the the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 03.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No dss 2/4
