The writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from constructing the Public toilet Building in the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.8/41A1 subdivided into S.No.8/5 (measuring about 1387 sq.ft) situated at Vagaikulam Village, Ariyanendhal Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District which is very adjacent to the petitioner's dwelling house by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that there was no proposal to construct a public toilet in subject survey number namely S.No.8/5B.

3. The said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 23.01.2025 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no CM 2/4
