ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute, which is subject matter in O.S.No.174 of 2019 on the file of Additional District Munsif, Madurai under the guise of any investigation.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing the respondent Police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and since the dispute was civil in nature, the parties were advised to approach the civil court for appropriate relief and hence, nothing survives for any further adjudication in this petition.
