RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Exempt the Petitioner's appearance from surrendering pursuant to the judgment passed by the District Judge, Karur in C.A.No.20 of 2020 by judgment dated 28.10.2020 as well as the conviction and sentence imposed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Karur in C.C.No.324 of 2017 vide judgment dated 05.02.2020 so as to move the petition for suspension of sentence as against the said verdicts pending the disposal of the main Criminal Revision. Prayer in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.99 of 2021;

To call for the entire records pertaining to the judgment passed by the District Judge, Karur in C.A.No.20 of 2020 by judgment dated 28.10.2020 as well as the conviction and sentence imposed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Karur in C.C.No.324 of 2017 vide judgment dated 05.02.2020 and set aside the same and consequently acquit the petitioner from all the charges referred to in the said calender case. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.SIVASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Since an order of suspension of sentence for the petitioner was already granted, there is nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
