This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from reverting the petitioner from the post of Junior Assistant to Salesman, without following due process of law. 2.Today(04.02.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Nirmal Kumar, learned Government Advocate produced a proceedings passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka. 65/2019/Navi (1), dated 01.02.2021 that the petitioner has not completed 'Diploma in Co-operative Management' and therefore, the petitioner is not eligible for the post of Junior Assistant.

W.P(MD)No.2406 of 2022 and 3.In view of the submission made on behalf of the respondents, this writ petition is closed.
