This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the complaint, dated 20.06.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 20.06.2019, the respondent police, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 12.04.2021.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
