ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is sole accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offences punishable under Section 366 of IPC, in Crime No.625 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.According to the defacto complainant, his daughter Kanimozhi was kidnapped by the accused for the purpose of marriage. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is a case of love affair and the daughter of the defacto complainant is a major and on her own volition joined with petitioner, since her father made arrangements for marriage with another man. 4.It is further submitted that on 14.08.2015, the petitioner married the daughter of the defacto complainant. Since she was harassed by her father, she sent a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai District on 19.09.2015 and also filed a writ petition on 25.09.2015 for Mandamus seeking police production. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the victim is not yet secured and it is a case of love affair. 6.

Considering the fact, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
