This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent, to take necessary action for implementation of the order passed by the first respondent dated 06.11.2019, in the petitioner's grievance petition No.171/2017/Municipality, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.On perusal of the above order passed on 06.11.2019, the fourth respondent is directed to take appropriate action against the petition filed by the petitioner, in respect of encroachments made in the lands belonging to the Balavinayagar temple, Ward No.3, Pullalakottai Road, Indiranagar, Virudhunagar Town. However, it is pending on the file of the fourth respondent, without any progress. 3.Considering the above, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and after giving opportunity to the petitioner and to pass orders on merits, within eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
