ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 279, 337, 304(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.207 of 2015 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.According to the prosecution that on 2.8.2015 at about 5.30 p.m when the deceased proceeded in a vehicle towards Reddiapatti, the petitioner who came in the opposite direction in his vehicle bearing Registration NO. TN 67 BI 2522 dashed against the said vehcile and caused the death of the driver of the motor vehicle. 3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he is innocent and further submitted that the deceased was driving the vehicle in a rash and negligent manner in a drunken mood and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on the submissions made on the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the state and also perused the entire materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate,Kamuthi and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. Until further order. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
