Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9103 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10908 of 2017, dated 06.11.2017 on the file of this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of nine weeks.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
