ORDER

The petitioner, seeking electricity service connection for a Temple, has filed this writ petition.

2.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent / Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the Temple is situated in a Government Poromboke Land and the petitioner is not having any right to seek electricity connection for a Government Land. Therefore, the petitioner's application was rejected by the Corporation on 23.07.2021. 3.Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner disputed that the rejection order dated 23.07.2021 was not communicated to the petitioner. 4.Considering the rival submissions made on either side, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to communicate a copy of the order dated 23.07.2021 to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised. 2/4

There shall be no order as to costs.
