This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025

2. The petitioner has sent a representation on 09.12.2025 seeking to permit the petitioner's town bus TN48BA-6015, operating on the route No.79, to operate on the route via new Kalaignar Integrated Bus terminal at Panjapur in public interest. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 10.09.2025 would be considered, by following the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1558 of 2026, dated 22.01.2026, in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2025, in accordance with law, by taking into consideration of the 2/4

order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1558 of 2026, dated 22.01.2026.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
