ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 29.08.2010. A female child was born to the petitioner through the said wedlock. The respondent filed HMOP No.81 of 2014 before the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam for divorce. The said HMOP No.81 of 2014 appears to have been allowed on an exparte basis. The petitioner states that she has filed set aside petition and it is still pending.

2.In the meanwhile, the respondent has filed G.O.P No.10 of 2018 before the Principal District Court, Thiruvarur. The petitioner is residing near Thanjavur. The child is also with the petitioner. Therefore, the place where the child resides should be the place where the G.O.P should be conducted. In this view of the matter, this Court withdraws G.O.P No.10 of 2018 from the file of the Principal District Judge, Thiruvarur and transfers the same to the file of the Principal District Judge, Thanjavur. 3.This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
