PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 Cr.P.C ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNWH Act, in Crime No. Not Known of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by one Dhanalakshmi, CSR.No.120 of 2019 has been issued and after conducting enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 28.04.2019 and as on date no complaint is pending against the petitioner herein.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
