The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner sought police protection to the Petitioner's life and limb and also for the Petitioner's peaceful enjoyment of the property. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Petitioner himself has sent a complaint against the Respondent No.2, which was registered as CSR. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the enquiry will be held as per the Circular of the Director General of Police, Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai-4 in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Respondents are directed not to harass the Petitioner and also issue summons specifying time and date for the appearance of the Petitioner for enquiry. The Respondents are directed not to harass the Petitioner by summoning him at odd hours.
