This Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry complaint given by the 3rd respondent, based on petitioner's representation to the 1st respondent dated 23.01.2025 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1, 2. Perused the materials available on record.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.
