O. P. (MD) No. 15177/2017 dated 08.11.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) of I.P.C and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act, 1992, in Crime No.182 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 35 days.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
