Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / respondent would submit that H.M.O.P.No.1052 of 2016 has been withdrawn by the respondent / husband and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition. 2.Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. If the respondent / husband files any fresh petition, the petitioner is always at liberty to pursue the matter in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
