Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. All that the petitioner wants is permission for conducting the petition mentioned Kumbabishekam between 03.02.2023 and 05.02.2023.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing yesterday, I called upon the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the local police to get instructions in the matter. Today when the matter was taken up, it was submitted by the respondents that the peace committee meeting was held yesterday and all the outstanding issues have been resolved.

4. I direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct the petition mentioned event. If necessary, police protection shall also be provided. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
