ORDER

The petitioners are facing trial in C.C.No.161 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai.

2.The defacto complainant Mrs.Jainy Fransina is present in person before me. She is identified by her counsel as well as Mr.K.Kesavan, Sub Inspector of Police, Manamadurai Police Station. The defacto complaint has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings.
