ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused, in Crime No.87 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.08.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the wife of the accused developed illegal intimacy with one Veeriah and on the date of occurrence, she was found in compromising position with him, due to which, the accused said to have attacked his wife with aruval and caused her death.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the de-facto complainant is not an eye witness to the occurrence and he was implicated only on suspicion and it is further submitted that even according to the prosecution, the cut injury was made on her legs, which is not a vital part.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the major part of the investigation is over.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
