ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to ensure the petitioner's participation in the consecration ceremony to be held on 10.02.2025 in Ammankudi Village, Thiruvonam Taluk and Thanjavur District by considering the petitioners representation dated on 11.01.2025.

2. The petitioner who is 'C'party has filed this petition seeking permission to conduct consecration ceremony to be held on 10.02.2025 in Ammankudi Village, Thiruvonam Taluk for the temple namely Aladi Ayyanar Temple.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is dispute between three groups in the village. The respondents 3 and 4 are the 'A' party and 'B' party and the petitioner belongs to 'C' party. There is 2/5

a law and order issue hence the petitioner has sent a representation. The enquiry is now pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukottai.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukottai on 03.02.2025. The respondent police shall ensure the presence of respondents 3 and 4 on 03.02.2024. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Pattukottai shall conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision in this regard forthwith.

5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
