Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., directing the second respondent herein not to interfere into the civil dispute in between the petitioner and the persons who have got plots from him, in the light of his representation dated 29.03.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to interfere into the civil dispute in between the petitioner and the persons who have got plots from him, in the light of his representation dated 29.03.2019.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first and second respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the respondents 3 to 7, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
