RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD). No.9882/2017 dated 02/11/2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No10811/2017 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SUBASHBABU, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, in Crime No.177 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when require for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
