This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 92 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent..

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.25of 2025.

3. Since already investigation has been completed and final report was filed and taken on file it is not appropriate to consider the prayer of the petitioner at this stage.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
