This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to change the investigation agency from the hands of the second respondent to the third respondent in respect of the Crime No.35 of 2019 on the file of second respondent.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing investigation second respondent has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.74 of 2019.

has become infructuous and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However the petitioner is at liberty to work out remedy in the manner known to law.
