ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 09.12.2016. A male child was born through their marriage. The child is with the mother. The marital relationship between them appears to have come under strain. In the meanwhile, the respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2018 before the Sub Court, Perambalur for divorce.

2. Since the petitioner is a woman and she is having a young baby to take care in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.8 of 2018 from the file of the Sub Court, Perambalur and transfers the same to Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
