Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue a direction directing the second respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the first respondent dated 01.12.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, FTC, Madurai in S.T.C.No.350 of 2012 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the first respondent, dated 01.12.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, FTC, Madurai in S.T.C.No.350 of 2012 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 states that the non-bailable warrant issued against the first respondent is executed, the first respondent has appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, FTC, Madurai and recalled the warrant.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed as infructuous.
