Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 4 and 5. 2.The petitioner had already filed W.P.(MD)No.26069 of 2022. It was disposed of on 01.12.2022 on certain terms. If according to the petitioner, the said order is being breached, the remedy open to the petitioner is to file a contempt petition. The second writ petition on the same cause of action will not lie.

3.Granting liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
