ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 420, 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.Not Known of 2015, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard Mr.R.Udhayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and Mr.T.Lajapathir Roy, learned counsel appearing for the intervenor.

3. It is seen that on 11.03.2016 when the matter came up for hearing, it was represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that petition enquiry was pending and hence this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that the first petitioner should report before the respondent Police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., and the second respondent should report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant has been closed after conducting enquiry.
