The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that he is not pressing the writ petition as pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court in the present writ petition, the amount recovered from the petitioner has been repaid and the Authorities have also assured that they will not recover any amount from the petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
