This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.88 of 2022 dated 11/10/2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiru Uthirakosamangai Police Station, Ramanathapuram District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, the respondent police had filed a charge sheet in e-filing No.80 of 2023, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
